Ryave Fri, 17 Feb 2012 20:18:21 +0000 http://templesinaipgh.org/?p=3623#comment-259 Glad that you are back.   Your cab experience was less threatening than mine was.   I had a disturbing experience with a cab.  I had just gotten into the cab when it was pulled over, the apparently Arabic driver was asked to put his hands above his head, and he was to bend over the front of the  cab.  I beat a quick retreat, ran to the corner and asked a security person to please hail a cab for me with a Jewish driver.  I was so thrilled to be back to my home base at the Zion Hotel.

I handed him a bottle of Vitaminwater with sugar that I had mistakenly bought. The smile on his face as he took the bottle said volumes.  He then said, “You made my day.”  If I can find God on Fifth Avenue in Oakland, I know I am blessed.
